Delete your SudoBloom data
How to request deletion
- In the app (instant): open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. This deletes your server-side data straight away.
- Or by email: open SudoBloom, go to Settings and note your Player ID (it starts with "p_" or "a_"), then email us at the address below with the subject "SudoBloom data deletion" and your Player ID and display name.
- We will delete your data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your anonymous account ID and your Player ID
- Your friends list, friend code and head-to-head challenges
- Your profile photo, if you added one
- Your daily login bonus points, login streak, Streak Freezes and inbox messages
- Your saved progress, streaks, XP and settings stored in the cloud
- Your leaderboard entries
- Usage data stored on our own server (sessions, screens, feature use, ad views, notification token)
What is kept
- Anonymous analytics and crash reports collected by Firebase are not linked to your identity and are removed automatically under Firebase's default retention periods.
- Advertising data is handled by Google AdMob under Google's advertising policies.
